Additional Notes
- This antibody specifically detects mouse IgG1 and can be combined with other mouse IgG isotypes (IgG2a, IgG2b) and IgM. Works in diverse tissues and is very suitable for IBEX.
- IRF4 (Novus Biologicals NB200-356) is very dim. Use at a 1:10 dilution and amplify with a secondary antibody (Thermo Fisher Scientific A-21121).
