- Clone L243 labels professional antigen presenting cells in fixed frozen tissues prepared from diverse organs. Several conjugates are suitable for IBEX experiments. AF700 conjugate works in non-iterative, single cycle imaging but underperforms in IBEX experiments. Use AF488, iF594, AF647 instead.
