Additional Notes

1. Antibody did not label membrane or cytoplasm of tumor or stromal cells; however, a proper control was not available. The liver (positive control) FFPE sample had too much background in the AF488 channel.
2. Antibody labeling is inconclusive and appears to label cytoplasm of most cells in a follicular lymphoma FFPE tissue section. Does colocalize with other glutamine synthetase antibody (NBP2-70834AF647). Used at a dilution of 1:50. Requires a good positive control and further testing.
