- This antibody labels CD4 positive T cells and macrophages in various mouse tissues. In the tumor, the AF647 (BioLegend 100533), AF488 (BD Biosciences 557667) and eF570 (Thermo Fisher Scientific 41-0042-82) conjugates work very well and label CD4+ T cells and macrophages.
