Additional Notes

1. IBEX2D Manual is performed on tissue biopsies adhered to glass slides. After imaging, coverslips are soaked off and LiBH4 is placed directly onto the tissues. Three exchanges of LiBH4 (15 minute per incubation) are performed to ensure complete removal of signal.
