Additional Notes
- Antibody labels T cells in lymph node as expected. Clone 17A2 has been extensively validated in multiplexed 2D imaging and IBEX2D manual imaging. Spark Blue 574 conjugate is a bit dim when imaged at a 1:40 dilution. Recommend increasing concentration of antibody for better labeling.
