- Clone L161 labels dendritic cells and B cells in fixed frozen human tissues. Several conjugates (PE and AF647) are suitable for IBEX experiments. Do not recommend this conjugate due to high autofluorescence in human tissues and the requirement to dye inactivate in the presence of light and LiBH4.
