Additional Notes
- B-ly6 is a preferred clone for human CD11c. This clone performs well in many different formats (AF700 included in IBEX experiments). This conjugate works but is not recommended for IBEX experiments due to the requirement for LiBH4 with photobleaching and high autofluorescence off the 405 nm laser in many human tissues.
