- Antibody was tested by standard, single cycle multiplexed tissue imaging and did not label GC B cells. Recommend the BCL6 AF647 antibody from BD Biosciences (561525) for fixed frozen tissues.
- Nice but a little dim in human FFPE tonsil samples after antigen retrieval. Increase signal with tyramide signal amplification.
