Additional Notes
- Antibody labels B cells in lung as expected. Clone RA3-6B2 has been extensively validated in multiplexed 2D imaging and IBEX2D manual imaging. This antibody is recommended for 3D tissue volumes. Spark Red 718 conjugate is a better alternative to AF700 for Ce3D-IBEX imaging. Recommend 1:50 dilution.
- This antibody, B220 Spark Red 718, works well in the lung but is dim in the lymph node. Do not recommend this antibody, used at a dilution of 1:50, for Ce3D-IBEX imaging of the lymph node.
